一、概况北京重型电机厂汽轮机重型总装车间为“六五”技改项目之一,厂房位于已建成投产的汽轮机车间与辅机车间之间的空地上。新车间建成后,将已建成的两车间联成一体,成为一个联合车间组,为工厂产品上等级和提高产量创造了有利条件。两个老车间之间为一狭长空地,净宽(外墙面之间距离)38.20m,老车间柱距皆为6m,柱基底为亚粘土层,落深为-1.600m至-3.000m不等。杯型基础底板外边缘距外墙面1.500m左右,故两个老车间基础之间的净空仅35.20m,使新厂房的跨度受到更大限制。工艺要求总装车间需设置一台250t和两台75t
I. Overview The heavy-duty assembly plant of the heavy-duty motor plant of Beijing Heavy Industries is one of the “sixth five-year” technological transformation projects. The plant is located on the open space between the steam turbine workshop and the auxiliary engine workshop that have been completed and put into production.
