应用HPLC法测定了17种7变种小檗属植物中的尖刺碱(A)、小檗胺(B)、异汉防己碱、非洲防己胺(D)、药根碱(E)、巴马亭(F)、小檗碱(G)。其中对2种1变种植物的根、根皮、根木、茎皮、茎木和15种6变种植物根中的B、E、F、G进了定量分析,对A、C、D进行了定性分析。通过分析生物碱在该属植物中的分布情况,讨论了小檗属药用植物资源的利用,建议:1、扩大药用植物种类,充分利用自然植物资源;2、扩大药用部位;3、多种有效成分提取及综合利用。
The contents of spiked alkali (A), berbamine (B), ishikangine, nandinamarin (D), jatrorrhizine (E) and parmesanide in 17 species of 7 species of Berberis Pavilion (F), berberine (G). The quantitative analysis of B, E, F and G in the root, root bark, root wood, stem bark, stem wood and 15 kinds of 6 varieties of two kinds of plants was carried out, and A, C and D were qualitatively analyzed analysis. By analyzing the distribution of alkaloids in this genus, the utilization of medicinal plant resources in Berberis was discussed. The suggestions are as follows: 1.
