建筑生态节能是指在保证建筑使用功能与室内热环境质量的前提下，采取各种有效、可行的措施降低其使用过程中能源消耗的一种建设模式。面对我国环境污染严重、资源约束趋紧、生态系统退化的严峻形势，“生态节能”建筑无疑已成为全国共同关注的一项事业。本文便结合某商业建筑工程的建设实例，从绿化景观、自然通风采光、生态节能幕墙系统、隔热保温围护结构、给排水环保节能等几个方面，对该建筑项目的生态节能设计策略展开分析，以期能为促进我国建筑行业的生态节能、绿色可持续发展起到积极作用。
Building energy conservation refers to a building mode of adopting various effective and feasible measures to reduce energy consumption during its use under the precondition of ensuring the building use function and indoor thermal environment quality. Faced with the grim situation of serious environmental pollution, tighter resource constraints and ecosystem degradation in our country, “eco-friendly and energy-saving” construction has undoubtedly become a cause of common concern across the country. This article combines a commercial building construction example, from the green landscape, natural ventilation and lighting, energy-saving curtain wall system, thermal insulation enclosing structure, water supply and drainage of environmental protection and energy saving and so on several aspects of the construction of eco-friendly energy-saving design strategy Analysis, with a view to promote China’s construction industry, energy-saving, green and sustainable development play a positive role.
