目的了解大学生健康知识的知晓程度及掌握现状,为探讨开展大学生健康教育的有效途径,提高大学生的健康水平提供预见性资料。方法对选择大学生健康教育公选课的学生进行课前问卷测试,用SPSS统计软件对数据进行处理。结果学生来源云南省内和省外、父母亲学历、父母婚姻状况及学生是否是独子几个因素,对学生的健康知识知晓程度有影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而学生性别和学生所学专业,对大学生健康知识知晓程度的影响差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应根据当前大学生的特点和需求,加强高校健康教育工作,以提高大学生的健康水平。
Objective To understand the awareness of undergraduates ’health knowledge and grasp the status quo, and to provide predictive data for exploring effective ways to develop undergraduates’ health education and improving the health of undergraduates. Methods Students who choose public health elective course of college health education were tested before the questionnaire, and the data were processed by SPSS statistical software. Results There were several factors that influence the students’ health knowledge awareness, such as the parents’ educational background, parents’ marital status and whether the students were the only children, both within and outside Yunnan Province. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the effect of student gender and students majoring in college students’ knowledge level of health knowledge (P> 0.05). Conclusion According to the characteristics and needs of current college students, we should strengthen the health education in colleges and universities to improve the health of college students.
