采用半静态法,研究了硫酸铜硫酸亚铁(5∶2)合剂、敌百虫和聚维酮碘对平均体长6.8cm唇Hemibarbus labeo的急性毒性。结果表明:硫酸铜硫酸亚铁(5∶2)合剂对唇24、48、72、96 h的半致死质量浓度分别为0.84、0.55、0.41、0.37mg·L-1,安全质量浓度为0.07 mg·L-1;敌百虫对唇的24、48、72、96h半致死质量浓度分别为39.44、28.00、25.27、23.86mg·L-1,安全质量浓度为4.23mg·L-1;聚维酮碘对唇鱼骨24、48、72、96h半致死质量浓度分别为68.87、64.90、60.97、57.82 mg·L-1,安全质量浓度为17.29mg·L-1。3种药物对唇的毒性高低依次为:硫酸铜硫酸亚铁合剂>敌百虫>聚维酮碘。该研究为唇的病害防治中合理用药提供了参考。
The semi-static method was used to study the acute toxicity of copper sulfate ferrous sulfate (5: 2) mixture, trichlorfon and povidone iodine to Hemibarbus labeo with an average body length of 6.8 cm. The results showed that the LC50 of copper sulfate ferrous sulphate (5:2) to lip at 24, 48, 72, 96 h were 0.84, 0.55, 0.41 and 0.37 mg · L-1 respectively, and the safe mass concentration was 0.07 mg · L-1; The concentrations of 24, 48, 72, 96h LC of the trichlorfon were 39.44,28.00,25.27,23.86mg · L-1 respectively, and the safe mass concentration was 4.23 mg · L-1. The LC50 of 24,48,72,96 h ketones and iodine to the labial bone of rabbits were 68.87, 64.90, 60.97 and 57.82 mg · L-1 respectively, and the safe mass concentration was 17.29 mg · L-1.3. High and low as follows: copper sulfate ferrous sulfate mixture> trichlorfon> povidone iodine. This study provides a reference for rational drug use in the prevention and treatment of lip diseases.
