为研究不同狭窄度斑块的血液动力学参数——应力相位角,利用高频超声成像系统采集不同狭窄度斑块的超声造影图像,并通过超声粒子图像测速算法和互相关算法计算得到这一参数。结果显示,30%狭窄度斑块的平均应力相位角为-162.88°;50%狭窄度斑块的平均应力相位角为-201.99°;70%狭窄度斑块的平均应力相位角为-222.89°。该研究表明,斑块狭窄程度越大,应力相位角的数值越负,壁面剪切力和周向应力越不同步。
In order to study the hemodynamic parameter-stress phase angle of different stenosis plaques, the contrast-enhanced ultrasound imaging system was used to collect the contrast-enhanced ultrasound contrast images of different stenosis plaques and calculated by ultrasonic particle image velocimetry and cross-correlation parameter. The results showed that the average stress phase angle of 30% stenosis plaques was -162.88 °; the mean stress phase angle of 50% stenosis plaques was -201.99 °; and the average stress phase angle of 70% stenosis plaques was -222.89 ° . The study shows that the greater the degree of plaque stenosis, the more negative the value of the stress phase angle, the less the wall shear stress and circumferential stress.
