摊铺机熨平板前端大都设置了具有夯实功能的双排振捣梁,在摊铺过程中双排振捣梁上、下往复运动,对熨平板前部的路面材料进行初步夯实。为减轻双排振捣梁上、下往复运动时对熨平板的熨平效果产生不利影响,保持熨平板工作的稳定性,按照设计要求需将双排振捣梁的上、下往复运动设置一定的相位差。为保证该相位差符合设计要求,需要通过检测进行调整。本文研究振捣梁相位差检测方法,并通过试验验证检测
Most of the front of the paver screed are equipped with double-row vibrating beams with compaction function. During the paving process, the double-row vibrating beams reciprocate upwardly and downwardly to preliminarily reinforce the pavement materials in front of the screed. In order to reduce the double-row vibrating beam reciprocating motion screed effect of ironing have an adverse effect to maintain the stability of the work of the screed, according to the design requirements of the double vibrating beam up and down reciprocating motion must be set The phase difference.
