目的:以非离子表面活性剂为载体材料进行斑蝥素囊泡的制备考察,并评价其特性表征。方法:建立了注入法制备斑蝥素非离子表面活性剂泡囊的制备工艺;采用离心法和HPLC法测定斑蝥素囊泡的包封率;考察不同处方因素对囊泡体外表征的影响,在此基础上正交设计优化处方;对最佳处方囊泡的形态学、粒径、Zeta电位等性质进行了考察。结果:注入法获得的CTD-NS的包封率为(27.5±2.0)%,粒径(209.8±0.5)nm,Zeta电位(41.5±0.65)mV。结论:以非离子表面活性剂A和B联用为载体材料,注入法制备斑蝥素非离子表面活性剂囊泡,制备方法简单,性质稳定。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the preparation of cantharidin vesicles with non-ionic surfactant as carrier material, and to characterize its characterization. Methods: The preparation process of cantharidin nonionic surfactant vesicles was established by injection method. The entrapment efficiency of cantharidin vesicles was determined by centrifugation and HPLC. The effects of different prescriptions on the in vitro characterization of vesicles were investigated. On the basis of orthogonal design optimization prescription; morphology, particle size, Zeta potential and other properties of the best prescription vesicles were investigated. Results: The entrapment efficiency of CTD-NS obtained by injection was (27.5 ± 2.0)%, particle size (209.8 ± 0.5) nm, and zeta potential (41.5 ± 0.65) mV. Conclusion: The nonionic surfactant A and B combined with the carrier material, injection method preparation of cantharidin nonionic surfactant vesicles, the preparation method is simple, stable in nature.
