本文用电镜研究了经过分级得到的不同分子量及不同分子量分布的稀土顺1,4 聚丁二烯(Ln-PB)及镍顺1,4 聚丁二烯(Ni-PB)的低温结晶形态、结晶成核及生长机理。发现低分子量 PB以预现成核为主,而高分子量PB以大分子的缠结为中心的散现成核为主,得到两种不同片层缠结形态的PB球晶。其结晶形态及速率主要受高分子量中的大分子缠结影响。
In this paper, the low-temperature crystallization morphology of Ln-1,4-polybutadiene (Ln-PB) and nickel-1,4-polybutadiene (Ni-PB) with different molecular weights and different molecular weight distributions were studied by electron microscope. Crystal nucleation and growth mechanism. It was found that the low molecular weight PB predominated nucleation, while the high molecular weight PB predominated nucleation of macromolecule entanglement. Two types of PB spherulites with different lamella entangled morphology were obtained. Its crystalline morphology and rate are mainly affected by high molecular weight entanglement of macromolecules.
