采用闭合场非平衡磁控溅射技术在渗碳淬火钢基体表面制备了类石墨碳膜,分别在无润滑、水润滑和油润滑下,用POD销–盘磨损仪研究了同质对磨(试样和对磨钢球表面均制备了类石墨碳膜)的类石墨碳膜摩擦学特性。研究表明:类石墨碳膜在不同润滑环境和线速度下有优良的耐磨、减摩性能;线速度为0.3 m/s时,干摩擦和水润滑类同质对磨的类石墨碳膜有异常磨损现象,干摩擦为微切削犁沟磨损,水润滑为片状剥落磨损。
Graphite-like carbon films were prepared on the surface of carburized and hardened steel by closed-field unbalanced magnetron sputtering. The effects of homogeneity on the wear resistance of the carburized hardened steel were studied by POD pin-plate wear tester without lubrication, water lubrication and oil lubrication respectively. And graphite-like carbon films were prepared on the surface of the steel ball and the sample. The tribological properties of graphite-like carbon films were investigated. The results show that graphite-like carbon films have excellent wear-resistance and friction-reducing properties under different lubrication conditions and linear velocities. When the linear velocity is 0.3 m / s, Abnormal wear phenomenon, dry friction for the micro-cutting furrow wear, water lubrication flake wear.
