目的探讨支气管哮喘BALF细胞学计数及白细胞介素-8(IL-8)变化。方法选择2015年5月-2016年5月住院哮喘急性发作患儿60例为哮喘组,另选取同期行支气管镜下异物取出术患儿60例为对照组,对2组BALF中细胞学计数和IL-8水平进行检测,比较不同哮喘程度肺泡灌洗液中细胞学计数和IL-8水平变化。结果 2组BALF中有核细胞计数差异无统计学意义(Z=-1.44,P>0.05);2组BALF中EOS比例差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。随着哮喘发作程度加重,BALF中EOS计数显著升高;BALF中IL-8浓度显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);BALF中EOS计数和IL-8水平与哮喘发作程度呈正相关(r=0.87、0.94,P<0.01);结论 BALF中EOS计数和IL-8浓度能反映哮喘气道炎症,对指导哮喘的诊断和严重程度有一定参考价值。
Objective To investigate the cytological count of BALF and the change of interleukin-8 (IL-8) in bronchial asthma. Methods Sixty children with acute asthma exacerbation were selected as the asthma group from May 2015 to May 2016. Another 60 children with bronchoscopic foreign body removal during the same period were selected as the control group. IL-8 levels were detected in different levels of bronchial alveolar lavage fluid cytology and IL-8 levels were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the number of nucleated cells in BALF between the two groups (Z = -1.44, P> 0.05). There was significant difference in the proportion of EOS in both groups (P <0.01). With the severity of asthma attack, the count of EOS in BALF was significantly increased; the concentration of IL-8 in BALF was significantly increased (P <0.01); the count of EOS and the level of IL-8 in BALF were positively correlated with the degree of asthma attack (R = 0.87,0.94, P <0.01) .Conclusion EOS count and IL-8 concentration in BALF can reflect airway inflammation in asthma, which may provide some reference value for the diagnosis and severity of asthma.
