报告45只活动性或非活动性疱疹性角膜炎患眼作穿透性角膜移植术的结果。其中43例为单眼,仅1例为双眼手术。5只眼临床上有活动性炎症和对药物治疗无反应。40只眼病灶治愈。根据穿透性角膜移植术前有无作增视性虹膜切除术划分为三组。第一组,15只眼术前未作过增视性虹膜切除术。第二组,15只眼术前作过增视性虹膜切除术。第三组,15只眼作穿透性角膜移植和瞳孔成形术前作过增视性虹膜切除术。在第一、二和三组分别有3、7和8只眼发现原有白内障。植片大小为7～8.5mm,术后全身或局部未用抗病毒药治疗,术后早期开始局部使用皮质类固醇治疗。结果显示:角膜移植术后3周,第一、二和三组分别有8.33%,37.5%和14.28%的眼发现有白内障,其它常见的并发症是上皮缺损,眼压升高,严 A report of 45 eyes with penetrating keratoplasty of active or inactive herpes keratitis. 43 cases were monocular, only 1 case was binocular surgery. Five eyes had active inflammation clinically and did not respond to medication. 40 eyes were cured. According to whether penetrating keratoplasty before or without increased iridectomy divided into three groups. In the first group, no prior ipsilateral iridectomy was performed in 15 eyes. The second group, 15 eyes underwent enhanced iridoplasty. The third group, 15 eyes for penetrating keratoplasty and pupiloplasty made a prioritized iridotomy.
