这篇文章采用问卷、个别访谈和听课形式,了解宁夏南部山区回族聚居区的中学英语教师现有的教育观念、知识技能和培训情况;旨在为中学英语教师提供对自己的教学做较全面的自我反省和评估机会,为开展有目的的师资培养/培训工作或教师的自我发展提供参考。
This article uses questionnaires, individual interviews, and lectures to understand the existing educational concepts, knowledge, skills, and training of middle school English teachers in Hui communities in the mountainous areas of southern Ningxia; it aims to provide more comprehensive English teaching for middle school English teachers. Self-reflection and assessment opportunities provide a reference for carrying out purposeful teacher development/training or teacher self-development.
