目的探讨组织谐波显像(THI)技术在心脏疾病超声诊断中的临床应用价值。方法应用组织谐波显像技术对比分析208例心脏疾病中基波和组织谐波显像技术的图像。结果①根据美国超声心动图学会推荐的左室16节段划分法在检测47例冠心病中,640节段在常规基波成像(FI)状态下图像显示率为64.4%,改用THI后,图像清晰显示率可达93.9%。后者显著高于前者,P<0.01(χ2=169.883)。②检测161例其他心脏病患者FI与THI图像对比分析,后者图像整体质量也比前者得到明显改善。结论组织谐波成像能明显增强心肌与心内膜显示,提高对细小疾病的分辨力,有助于了解心包积液的物理性状和扩张型心肌病、受压腔静脉的血流状态,同传统基波成像技术相比,组织谐波成像能获得更多的诊断信息,提高诊断正确率。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of tissue harmonic imaging (THI) in the diagnosis of heart disease. Methods Tissue harmonic imaging was used to analyze the images of fundamental and tissue harmonic imaging in 208 cases of heart diseases. Results ① According to the 16-segment classification method recommended by the American Society of Echocardiography in detecting 47 cases of coronary heart disease, the image display rate of 640 segments was 64.4% under the conventional fundamental imaging (FI) Clear image display rate up to 93.9%. The latter was significantly higher than the former, P <0.01 (χ2 = 169.883). ② Comparison of FI and THI images in 161 patients with other cardiac diseases, the overall quality of the latter image was also significantly improved than the former. Conclusions Tissue harmonic imaging can obviously enhance the display of myocardial and endocardium, improve the resolution of small diseases, help to understand the physical properties of pericardial effusion and dilated cardiomyopathy, Compared with fundamental imaging, tissue harmonic imaging can obtain more diagnostic information and improve diagnostic accuracy.
