研究了1210℃×4 h空冷固溶处理对不同凝固冷速下获得的铸态MX246A合金持久性能的影响。研究表明,固溶处理后的MX246A合金的持久性能强烈依赖于凝固冷速:以30℃/min和8℃/min冷却的合金持久寿命均略有降低,而分步控冷(高于1250℃时冷速为30℃/min,低于1250℃时冷速为8℃/min)的合金持久寿命则增加近一倍。分析认为,碳化物的分解及枝晶干γ′尺寸的变化是造成固溶处理前后持久性能差异的主要原因。
The effect of 1210 ℃ × 4 h air-cooling solution treatment on the ductility of as-cast MX246A alloy under different cooling rates was studied. The results show that the durability of the solution treated MX246A alloy strongly depends on the cooling rate of solidification: the lifetimes of the alloys cooled at 30 ℃ / min and 8 ℃ / min decrease slightly, while the temperature controlled by stepwise cooling (above 1250 ℃ When the cooling rate is 30 ℃ / min, and the cooling rate is 8 ℃ / min when the temperature is lower than 1250 ℃, the alloy’s durable life almost doubled. The analysis shows that the main reason for the difference in the permanent properties before and after solution treatment is the decomposition of carbides and the change of dendrite dry γ ’size.
