目的探讨吲哚美辛治疗新生儿动脉导管未闭(PDA)的疗效。方法将确诊为新生儿PDA的52例患儿分为治疗组(35例)和未治疗组(17例),观察吲哚美辛对PDA治疗效果。结果吲哚美辛治疗组PDA关闭率(88.6%)明显高于未治疗组(52.9%),其中早产儿治疗组关闭率(91.3%)高于足月儿治疗组(83.3%)及早产儿未治疗组(30.3%),足月儿治疗组和未治疗组比较无明显差异。早产儿PDA自闭率低于足月儿。结论口服吲哚美辛治疗新生儿尤其是早产儿PDA的效果较好。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of indomethacin in the treatment of neonatal patent ductus arteriosus (PDA). Methods 52 cases diagnosed as neonatal PDA were divided into treatment group (35 cases) and untreated group (17 cases), and the effect of indomethacin on PDA was observed. Results The PDA closure rate (88.6%) in the indometacin group was significantly higher than that in the untreated group (52.9%). The rate of closure in preterm infants (91.3%) was higher than that in term infants (83.3%) and preterm infants Treatment group (30.3%), full-term treatment group and no treatment group no significant difference. PDA autism in preterm infants is lower than full-term infants. Conclusion Oral indomethacin treatment of newborns, especially premature children PDA effect is better.
