本文根据现代茶业发展与创新成果,结合茶叶传统分类方法,将现有茶类分为基本茶类、非基本茶类、代用茶类。基本茶类包括绿茶类、红茶类、青茶类、黄茶类、白茶类、黑茶类,非基本茶类包括再加工茶类、精加工茶类、深加工茶类,代用茶类包括植物代用茶类、其它代用茶类。
Based on the development and innovation of modern tea industry and the traditional classification methods of tea, this paper divides existing tea into basic tea, non-basic tea and substitute tea. Basic teas include green teas, black teas, green teas, yellow teas, white teas and black teas, non-essential teas including re-processed teas, refined teas, deep-processed teas, and substituted teas including plant substitutes Tea, other alternative teas.
