目的 研究细胞凋亡在幕上星形细胞瘤中的意义。方法 用免疫组化方法对56例幕上星形细胞瘤的常规切片进行自然凋亡细胞检测。结果 AI随着星形细胞瘤级别 (恶性度 )的增设而增加 ,存活组和死亡组间AI有显著性差异 ,AI>0.5%组与<0.5 %组间术后一年生存率有显著性差异。结论 AI可以提示幕上星形细胞瘤的预后 ,且AI>0.5 %的患者预后差。AI还可以提示肿瘤的生物学行为 ,是星形细胞瘤分析的重要辅助指标 Objective To study the significance of apoptosis in supratentorial astrocytomas. Methods 56 cases of supratentorial astrocytomas were examined by immunohistochemistry for natural apoptotic cells. Results AI increased with the increase of astrocytoma grade (malignancy). There was significant difference in AI between survival group and death group. Survival rate was significant between AI>0.5% group and <0.5% group. difference. Conclusion AI can indicate the prognosis of supratentorial astrocytoma, and the prognosis of patients with AI>0.5% is poor. AI can also indicate the biological behavior of tumors and is an important auxiliary indicator for astrocytoma analysis.
