目的:分析艾滋病毒携带者/艾滋病患者(PLWHA,People Living with HIV/AIDS)不积极寻求口腔健康保健特征及现况,并努力寻找就诊障碍的正真原因。方法:收集97例近1年未接受口腔治疗的HIV阳性患者,采用问卷调查及卡方检验的方法,寻找不接受口腔治疗的障碍。结果:口腔治疗未得到满足的最主要的差异三大原因是无法承担治疗费用(91.7%),害怕被拒绝治疗(86.6%)和害怕隐私被暴露(86.6%)。不能承担治疗费用、认为治疗不重要及害怕治疗与受不同教育程度之间比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05);认为治疗不重要、不知道就诊途径与不同户籍所在地之间比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过减少治疗费用,保护患者隐私,建立口腔科医师统一的道德和专业行为准则,有望提高HIV阳性患者口腔疾病治疗需求的满足;而偏远和信息闭塞的地区的HIV阳性患者,是口腔保健宣教的重点对象。
PURPOSE: To analyze the characteristics and current status of oral health care (PLWHA, People Living with HIV / AIDS) and seek the true cause of the disorder. Methods: Ninety-seven HIV-positive patients who did not receive oral treatment in the past year were collected. Questionnaires and Chi-square test were used to find out the barriers to oral treatment. RESULTS: The three major reasons for the unmet dental care were unaffordable treatment costs (91.7%), fear of denial of treatment (86.6%) and fear of privacy exposure (86.6%). Can not bear the cost of treatment, that the treatment is not important and afraid of treatment and by different education levels were statistically significant (P <0.05); that the treatment is not important, do not know the way of treatment and the location of different household registration statistics Significance (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: It is hoped to improve the treatment needs of oral diseases in HIV-positive patients by reducing treatment costs, protecting patient privacy, and establishing a consistent ethical and professional code of practice for dentists; HIV-positive patients in remote and information-obstructed areas are among the most The focus of mission.
