以有机胺为催化剂、水为溶剂使间苯二酚与环氧乙烷(EO)醚化合成了间苯二酚二羟乙基醚(HER)扩链剂。确定了EO法合成HER较佳的工艺条件,制得的HER产品质量分数高于98.5%,收率高于82%,且批间重现性良好。母液循环利用可提高HER合成收率,但产品质量随着母液循环次数增加而降低,母液循环次数不应多于3次。
Using organic amine as catalyst and water as solvent, resorcinol and ethylene oxide (EO) were etherified to synthesize resorcinol dihydroxyethyl ether (HER) chain extender. The better process conditions for the synthesis of HER by EO method were determined. The HER product obtained had a mass fraction higher than 98.5% and a yield higher than 82%, with good inter-assay reproducibility. Recycling of mother liquors can increase the yield of HER synthesis, but the quality of the product decreases as the number of mother liquors cycles increases. The mother liquors should not cycle more than three times.
