现如今,企业的发展离不开员工素质的提高。知识型经济发展时代,要求处在社会中的每一个人都要有一种终身学习的观念。并且定时地更新自己的知识体系,丰富知识内容。处在知识型社会的企业要想在发展上有所突破,就要不断的提高企业的学习能力,即员工的学习能力,此时就需要企业定期组织培训来丰富员工的知识体系,提升员工的综合素养。本文通过对远程培训的分析和企业员工远程培训发展现状,介绍了目前员工远程培训具有哪些模式,并进一步说明如何应用员工远程培训的模式。
Nowadays, the development of enterprises is inseparable from the improvement of staff quality. Through the analysis of distance training and the status quo of distance training of employees, this paper introduces the current models of distance training for employees and further explains how to apply the mode of remote training for employees.
