对杂交水稻及其亲本苗期叶片中硝酸还原酶(NR)活性及NO_3~-含量两者昼夜变化规律进行研究的结果表明,杂交组合的NR活性和NO_3~-含量的昼夜变化均与其父母本的呈显著正相关。供试的几种杂交组合的NR活性均介于其亲本之间。我们推测杂种因遗传而获得了一种通过光和NO_3~-调节NR活性介于亲本之间的机制,中亲值的NR活性可能是优势杂种的一个生理特征。同时对NR活性与NO_3~-含量昼夜变化的关系进行了探讨。
The results showed that the activity of NR and the content of NO_3 ~ - in the hybrid rice at the seedling stage showed that the diurnal variation of NR activity and NO_3 ~ Was significantly positive correlation. The NR activity of several hybrid combinations tested were between their parents. We hypothesized that due to inheritance, the hybrids had a mechanism of regulating NR activity by light and NO_3 ~, and the parental NR activity might be a physiological characteristic of dominant hybrids. At the same time, the relationship between NR activity and the diurnal variation of NO 3 - content was also discussed.
