木槿叶总黄酮提取工艺及其抗氧化活性研究

目的:研究木槿叶总黄酮的提取工艺及其抗氧化活性。方法:通过单因素试验和正交试验,确定木槿叶总黄酮的提取工艺,并通过测定木槿叶不同极性部位提取物对DPPH自由基的清除率,评价其抗氧化活性能力。结果:木槿叶总黄酮最佳提取条件是:70%乙醇,料液比为1∶30,提取时间为3 h,提取温度为55℃。抗氧化活性结果显示不同部位的提取物对DPPH自由基均有一定的清除能力,且随浓度的增加而增强。结论:木槿叶总黄酮具有较好的抗氧化活性,其中乙酸乙酯极性部位效果最强。 Objective: To study the extraction technology of total flavonoids from hibiscus leaves and their antioxidative activities. Methods: The extraction process of total flavonoids from hibiscus leaves was determined by single factor test and orthogonal test. The DPPH radical scavenging activity of extracts from different polarity parts of Hibiscus syriacus L. was determined, and its antioxidant activity was evaluated. Results: The optimum conditions for the extraction of total flavonoids from hibiscus leaves were as follows: 70% ethanol, solid-liquid ratio 1:30, extraction time 3 h and extraction temperature 55 ℃. Antioxidant activity results showed that extracts of different parts of the DPPH free radicals have a certain ability to scavenge, and increased with increasing concentration. Conclusion: The total flavonoids of hibiscus leaves have better antioxidative activity, of which the polar site of ethyl acetate has the strongest effect.
