目的 观察海尔福口服液对氟染毒小鼠的排氟和保护作用。方法 用小白鼠 3 0只作实验对象 ,分成 3组 :中毒组 ( 1) ,中毒海尔福组 ( 2 ) ,正常对照组 ( 3 )。 ( 1) ( 2 )组给予氟化钠溶液自由饮用染毒 ,染毒一周后 ( 2 )组加服海尔福口服液 ,( 3 )组饮用蒸馏水。实验连续 3个月 ,结束取血 ,测定血氟、血钙、肌酐、转氨酶等生化指标 ;处死动物 ,取肝肾送病理检查 (另文报告 ) ,取四肢骨测定骨羟脯氨酸 ;取粪便测定粪氟。结果 ( 1)、( 2 )、( 3 )组血氟分别为 ( 0 .0 89± 0 .0 3 3 )、( 0 .0 5 4± 0 .0 11)、( 0 .0 2 6± 0 .0 0 4)mg/L(各组比较均P <0 .0 0 1) ,骨氟分别为 ( 3 5 .5 0± 3 4.78)、( 6.48± 4.0 6)、( 5 .5 1± 4.3 9)mg/g ,粪氟分别为 ( 15 .3 3± 3 .0 6)、( 7.42± 0 .3 8)、( 2 .83± 1.10 )mg/g(中毒组与其他 2组比 P <0 .0 5 ) ,骨羟脯氨酸分别为 ( 2 0 .5 5± 3 .74)、( 2 4.0 4± 2 .5 6)、( 2 4.73± 2 .0 6)mg/g(中毒与海尔福、中毒与正常比 ,P <0 .0 1和P <0 .0 5 ) ,血钙、血肌酐 (Cr)、谷丙转氨酶 (ALT)各组比较无明显差异。结论 海尔福口服液对氟的排泄有明显的促进作用 ,并对氟中毒动物骨胶原有保护作用
Objective To observe the fluoride excretion and protective effects of Haierfu oral liquid on fluoride-exposed mice. Methods Thirty mice were used as experimental subjects and divided into three groups: poisoning group (1), poisoning Haierfu group (2), and normal control group (3). (1) (2) The group was given sodium fluoride solution for free drinking, one week after the exposure (2) group was treated with Haierfu oral solution, (3) group drinking distilled water. The experiment was continued for 3 months, blood was collected, and biochemical indicators such as blood fluorine, serum calcium, creatinine, and transaminase were measured; animals were sacrificed, liver and kidneys were taken for pathological examination (reported separately), and bone hydroxyproline was taken from the limbs; Feces measure fecal fluorine. Results (1), (2), (3) group blood fluoride were (0.089 ± 0.003), (0.045 ± 0.011), (0.026) 0. 0 0 4) mg/L (all groups P 0. 0 0 1), bone fluorosis (3.5 5 5 ± 3 4.78), ( 6.48 ± 4.0 6), ( 5. 5 1 ± 4.3 9) mg/g, fecal fluoride (15.33±3.6%), (7.22±0.38), (2.33±1.10%) mg/g (poisoning group and 2 groups) Compared with P<0.05, bone hydroxyproline was (20.55±3.74), (24.04±2.56), (24.73±2.06) mg/kg, respectively. g (poisoning and Helford, poisoning and normal ratio, P <0. 01 and P <0.05), serum calcium, serum creatinine (Cr), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) group had no significant difference. Conclusion Haierfu Oral Liquid has a significant role in promoting the excretion of fluoride, and it has a protective effect on osmotic collagen in fluorosis animals.
