应用动态心电图仪,定量观察了30例健康老年人和35例健康青年人的心率变异性(HRV)。结果显示:健康老年人的R-R间期、R-R间期的标准差(SDNN)、相邻R-R间期之差的均方根值(rMSD)、相邻心搏的R-R间期之差大于50ms的心搏总数的百分比(%RR50)、低频能谱密度(LFPSD)、高频能谱密度(HFRSD)、白昼均明显低于夜间(P<0.05)。青年组和老年组一样,也存在着显著昼夜变化规律(P<0.001)。健康老年人与健康青年人的心率变异高峰时间均在清晨3:00~5:00。HRV各项指标除R-R间期外,老年人均明显低于青年人(P<0.001)。提示:健康老年人的HRV呈一定规律的昼夜节律和随增龄下降以及低频与高频能谱密度的比值(LF/HF)随增龄而增加(P<0.001)的特点,讨论了发现该特点的重要意义。
Holter monitor was used to quantitatively observe the heart rate variability (HRV) in 30 healthy elderly and 35 healthy young people.
