目的对绿玉树Euphorbia tirucalli L.地上部分醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部位的化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、半制备液相色谱等方法对化合物进行分离纯化,根据化合物理化性质及波谱数据分析鉴定其结构。结果与结论共分离鉴定了16个化合物,分别鉴定为16β,17-二羟基-对映-贝壳杉烷-3-酮(1)、16β,17-二羟基-对映-阿替森烷-3-酮(2)、1-(2,4,6-三甲氧基苯基)乙酮(3)、丁香醛(4)、丁香酸(5)、没食子酸(6)、原儿茶酸(7)、香草酸(8)、藜芦酸(9)、4-甲氧基苯基-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(10)、对苯二酚-双-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(11)、rengyolone(12)、地芰普内酯(13)、martianian(14)、松脂醇(15)、槲皮素3-O-β-D-鼠李糖苷(16)。化合物类型包括二萜、黄酮、木脂素、蒽醌、酚酸等。其中,化合物11为一个新天然产物。化合物1,2,5,7~9,10,13~15为从绿玉树中首次分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the ethyl acetate extract of the aerial part of Euphorbia tirucalli L. extract. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and semi-preparative liquid chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by their physical and chemical properties and spectral data analysis. RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS Sixteen compounds were isolated and identified as 16β, 17-dihydroxy-enantio-kauren-3-one (1), 16β, 17-dihydroxy-enantiosep- (2), 1- (2,4,6-trimethoxyphenyl) ethanone (3), syringaldehyde (4), syringic acid (5), gallic acid (6), protocatechuic acid (7), vanillic acid (8), veratric acid (9), 4-methoxyphenyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (10) (11), rengyolone (12), mepiquonolactone (13), martianian (14), pinoresinol (15), quercetin 3-O-β-D-rhamnoside 16). The types of compounds include diterpenes, flavones, lignans, anthraquinones, phenolic acids and the like. Among them, compound 11 is a new natural product. Compounds 1, 2, 5, 7 ~ 9, 10, 13 ~ 15 were isolated from green eucalyptus for the first time.
