变电站的自动化可大大提高整个电网运行的安全性和增加经济效益。 110kV以下变电站的自动化系统由一些功能单元组成 ,根据变电站的出线方式来确定变电站的功能单元数量。这些功能单元通过数据总线与总控单元进行通讯 ,总控单元通过光纤、有线、载波、无线微波等与调度进行通讯。通过一些单片机系统构成功能单元的组合 ,而不同的功能单元由不同的硬件和软件构成 ,形成变电站的自动化系统。
Substation automation can greatly improve the safety of the entire grid operation and increase economic efficiency.
