设备管理是大型综合设计院生产经营活动中不可或缺的重要组成部分,随着大型综合设计院整体管理水平的提升和创建国际型咨询公司的需要,设备管理的工作重点需同步调整并提前规划发展方向。本文结合成都市某大型综合设计院设备管理的实际情况,通过对设备管理的现有基础进行总结和诊断,结合院的发展战略及其衍生影响,分析设备的环境因素,并制定相应的发展思路和措施。
