对玉米秸秆进行化学改性,应用改性玉米秸秆对含六价铬(Cr~(6+))废水进行吸附研究。研究了改性玉米秸秆吸附剂用量、pH值、温度对废水中Cr~(6+)吸附作用的影响。结果表明:对≤100mg/L(质量浓度)的Cr~(6+)废水,在秸秆用量为0.03g(质量浓度0.6g/L)、pH值为2、吸附温度20℃、吸附平衡时间120min条件下,对Cr~(6+)的去除率为99.9%,吸附量为166.5mg/g。吸附是自发吸热过程。
The chemical modification of corn stalks was carried out. The modified corn stalks were used to study the adsorption of hexavalent chromium (Cr 6+) wastewater. The effects of adsorbent dosage, pH value and temperature of modified corn straw on Cr 6+ adsorption in wastewater were studied. The results showed that when the amount of straw was 0.03g (mass concentration 0.6g / L), pH value was 2, adsorption temperature was 20 ℃, adsorption equilibrium time was 120min Under the conditions, the removal rate of Cr 6+ is 99.9% and the adsorption capacity is 166.5mg / g. Adsorption is a spontaneous endothermic process.
