本文对8个产地大青杨天然群体,1个产地大青杨群体内不同个体,2个产地香杨群体幼苗基本材性进行了研究,测定了纤维长度、纤维宽度和基本密度。结果表明:8个大青杨群体间,1个大青杨群体内10个个体幼苗3个材性主要指标,纤维长度、宽度和基本密度差异显著;纤维长度和基本密度的广义遗传力,大青杨天然群体间为0.225和0.217,群体内为0.475和0.345。本研究同时对大青杨群体间、群体内的个体进行了优选,并对群体地理位置与基本材性的回归进行了分析。
In this paper, the basic material properties of seedlings of eight Populus native populations, one adult Populus euphratica population and two native Fragrant poplar populations were studied, and the fiber length, fiber width and basic density were measured. The results showed that there were significant differences in fiber length, width and basic density among the eight individuals of Populus euphratica and one population of Populus simonii. The general heritability of fiber length and basic density was large Populus natural populations were 0.225 and 0.217, 0.475 and 0.345 in the population. At the same time, this study has selected Populus euphratica Populations and individuals within Populus euphratica, and analyzed the regression of Populus euphratica Geographic location and basic material properties.
