族党的产生和发展是冷战结束以来中东欧的一个显著现象。本文通过分析保加利亚土耳其族党、罗马尼亚匈牙利族族党、拉脱维亚俄罗斯族族党的议会竞选及政治活动,了解到了族党影响的一些基本规律。从其参政程度和对政策的影响来看,中东欧族党的影响近年呈下降趋势;今后,族党必须在代表本族利益的同时,容纳更多的政治力量;同时,族党应团结一致,才有可能在中东欧政治舞台上占有一席之地。
The emergence and development of ethnic clans is a notable phenomenon in Central and Eastern Europe since the end of the Cold War. By analyzing the parliamentary election campaigns and political activities of the Bulgarian Turks, the Romanian Hungarians, the Latvian Rats, the article has learned some basic rules of the influence of the clan. From the perspective of their level of participation in politics and their influence on policies, the influence of the Central and Eastern European ethnic parties has been declining in recent years. In the future, the clan Party must accommodate more political forces while representing the interests of its own people.
