孤东采油厂以研发三采适用技术为导向,大力开发具有孤东三采特色的关键技术,自主创新已成为该厂不断提高三次采油规模、实现三次采油持续发展的“引擎”。至今,胜利油田孤东三采人仍然难忘那令人自豪的一幕。2006年4月20～21日,孤东油田七区西Ng54-61二元复合驱项目作为胜利油田四个先导试验项目之一通过中国石化集团的中评估,综合评定为A级。该项目被中国石化集团公司党组成员、副总经理、管理局局长曹耀峰称之为提高油田采收率的“撒手锏”。“如果该项目成功推广,可以提高7至8个点的采收率,相当于新发现了一个5000万吨级新油田。”胜利油田地质院副院长李振泉说。

The project was called by Cao Yaofeng, a member of the party group and deputy general manager of China Petrochemical Corporation, and a director of the Bureau of Management, as a “trickery” to enhance oil recovery. “If the project is successfully rolled out, the recovery can be increased by 7-8 points, which is equivalent to the discovery of a new 50 million-ton oilfield,” said Li Zhenquan, vice president of Shengli Oilfield Geological Institute.
