为探索不同油菜品种对同一复配除草剂的敏感程度,筛选耐药性强的油菜品种以及广适性除草剂,为油菜生产中选择和合理使用除草剂提供科学依据。大田小区试验选择2种除草剂,分别设4个剂量和空白对照对8个油菜品种(组合)进行处理,结果表明除草剂“油通灵”较“油禧”的适用范围相对更广、安全性更高;德油6号、内油11-83/603、南油12、油研599对除草剂“油通灵”的耐药性强;川油58、油研817对除草剂“油禧”的耐药性强;药物胁迫对籽粒产量和药后30 d植株干物质积累量影响最大,其次是单位叶面积干重;对籽粒含油量、芥酸含量、硫苷含量的影响不明显,可不作为耐药性考核指标。在推荐剂量处理下,各品种(组合)籽粒产量耐除草剂系数对“油通灵”的耐药性强弱没有差异,对“油禧”的耐药性强弱依次为川油58﹥油研817﹥内油11-83/041﹥南油12﹥油研10号﹥德油6号﹥内油11-83/603。
In order to explore the sensitivity of different rape cultivars to the same compound herbicide, we screened more resistant rapeseed varieties and broadly suitable herbicides to provide a scientific basis for selection and rational use of herbicides in rapeseed production. Under the recommended dose treatment, there was no difference in resistance to herbicide between the grain yield of each variety (combination) and the drug resistance of “Lingtongling”, and the resistance to “Lingxi” was followed by that of Sichuan Oil 58> Oil Research 817> Internal Oil 11-83 / 041> Nanyou 12> Oil Research No. 10> De Oil No. 6> Internal Oil 11-83 / 603.
