研究了真空预烧结的Mo15Ta合金采用无包套热等静压(HIP)烧结致密化处理后合金的组织及性能。结果表明:对于真空预烧结后相对密度达到92%的Mo15Ta合金坯,无包套热等静压烧结可将合金坯体微观组织中的孔隙焊合消除,部分晶粒粗大化,相对密度可显著提高至99.8%以上,硬度也显著提高。C、O、Fe、Ni等杂质元素含量变化不明显。
The microstructures and properties of vacuum-infiltrated Mo15Ta alloy after densification by HIP sintering were studied. The results show that for the Mo15Ta alloy billet with a relative density of 92% after vacuum pre-sintering, the hot-isostatic sintering without cladding can eliminate the porosity welding in the microstructure of the alloy billet, and the partial grain coarsening and the relative density can be significant Increased to 99.8%, the hardness is also significantly increased.
