为一步提升我国储粮害虫快速、准确鉴定能力,采用微软产品技术解决方案,应用SQL SERVER 2008数据库和C#编程语言,研制了中国储粮害虫DNA条形码鉴定系统(Grain Pests DNA Barcode Identification System,GPDBIS)。GPDBIS收集了我国将近40种储粮昆虫及仓储螨类的基础信息和mtDNACOⅠ条形码信息,提供了基于DNA条形码的相似度比对鉴定功能和系统发育树分析鉴定功能、基础信息查询及管理功能。GPDBIS初步应用效果显示,该系统界面友好、功能稳定,能够实现我国常见储粮害虫的快速、准确鉴定。
In order to improve the rapid and accurate appraisal ability of stored pests in our country step by step, we have developed the Grain Pests DNA Barcode Identification System (GPDBIS) using SQL SERVER 2008 database and C # programming language by using Microsoft product technology solutions. . GPDBIS collected basic information and mtDNACO Ⅰ barcode information of nearly 40 species of stored grain insects and stored mites in China and provided DNA barcode-based similarity comparison and identification functions, phylogenetic tree analysis and identification functions, basic information query and management functions. The preliminary application results of GPDBIS showed that the system has friendly interface and stable function, which can quickly and accurately identify the pests of stored grain in our country.
