[目的]了解施磷量对黔南烤烟感官质量的影响,为节约烟草施肥成本提供借鉴。[方法]通过小区试验研究了施磷量对黔南烤烟感官质量的影响。[结果]施磷量63.00 kg/hm2有利于改善烤烟香气质、杂气、细腻度、劲头、刺激性和余味,施磷量高于或低于63.00kg/hm2都不利于改善烤烟感官质量。施磷量对烤烟香气量、浓度和回甜度无影响。[结论]试验结果为烟草施磷提供了参考。
[Objective] The research aimed to understand the effect of phosphorus application on the sensory quality of Qiannan flue-cured tobacco and provide references for saving the cost of tobacco fertilization. [Method] The influence of phosphorus application on the sensory quality of south Guizhou flue-cured tobacco was studied through plot experiment. [Result] The phosphorus application rate of 63.00 kg / hm2 was conducive to improving the aroma quality, miscellaneous gas, delicateness, vigor, irritation and aftertaste of flue - cured tobacco. The phosphorus content above or below 63.00kg / hm2 was not conducive to improving the sensory quality of flue - cured tobacco. The amount of phosphorus applied had no effect on the aroma, concentration and sweetness of flue-cured tobacco. [Conclusion] The results provided a reference for phosphorus application in tobacco.
