烧结矿碱度检测滞后是影响高炉生产稳定的一个重要因素。针对烧结混合料经配料后钙、硅元素含量不变的特点,提出了一种缩短烧结矿碱度检测滞后的方法。实验证明,当采用XRF光谱分析仪检测时,烧结混合料的碱度与烧结矿的碱度吻合较好;相同烧结混合料样本分别用熔片法和带碳压片法检测时,二者碱度最大偏差0.03,最小偏差0,平均偏差0.013,可满足生产现场对烧结矿碱度检测的要求。
