新《纲要》以人为本的新理念,把幼儿由被动的接受者摆到了教育活动的主体位置。新的师幼关系让儿童体验到了真正的理解与尊重。新《纲要》充分肯定了幼儿教师在教育教学过程中的地位和作用,同时,在环境创设、家园联系、自身素质等方面也提出了更高的要求与挑战。教师要会去实现自己的角色转换。一、对孩子──倾听并接住孩子抛过来的球。二、对家长──密切合作,广纳资源,共建和谐的教育生态环境。三、对自己──不断反思,不断成长。四、对同事──协同合作,共同研讨。
