利用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Fe2O3/BAl纳米复合含能材料,用SEM、XRD、DSC等方法对Fe2O3/BAl复合含能材料的微观形貌、结构以及热力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:Fe2O3紧密包覆在B粉和纳米Al颗粒表面;与普通Fe2O3/Al铝热剂相比,溶胶-凝胶法制备的Fe2O3/BAl纳米复合含能材料具有更好的点火特性。
The Fe2O3 / BAl nano-composite energetic materials were prepared by sol-gel method. The morphology, structure and thermodynamic properties of Fe2O3 / BAl composite energetic materials were investigated by SEM, XRD and DSC. The results show that Fe2O3 is tightly coated on the surface of B powder and nano-Al particles. Compared with the common Fe2O3 / Al thermite, the Fe2O3 / BAl nano-composite energetic material prepared by sol-gel method has better ignition characteristics.
