目的采用HPLC测定干粉吸入剂中的主药阿福特罗。方法色谱柱为C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为23.9 mmol·L-1磷酸二氢钠-乙腈(pH3.1)(84∶16),流速为1 mL·min-1,检测波长为214 nm。结果阿福特罗10~200μg·mL-1与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),低、中、高浓度的回收率分别为98.3%、98.3%、98.7%,RSD分别为1.42%、1.42%、1.14%。结论所建方法适合于阿福特罗干粉吸入剂的含量测定,灵敏度高,操作简便,结果准确可靠。
Objective To determine the main drug arformoterol in dry powder inhalation by HPLC. Methods The column was C18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of 23.9 mmol·L -1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate-acetonitrile (pH3.1) (84:16) at a flow rate of 1 mL · min -1 , Detection wavelength of 214 nm. Results The recoveries of the high, moderate, and high concentration of the aflatoxol 10-200 μg · mL -1 were 98.3%, 98.3%, 98.7%, respectively, and the RSDs were 1.42% , 1.42%, 1.14%. Conclusion The proposed method is suitable for the determination of arftropolol powder inhaler, with high sensitivity, easy operation and accurate and reliable results.
