由于气候等方面的原因,合肥市的蔬菜生产客观上形成“春缺”(春淡),“小春缺”(小春淡)和“伏缺”(夏淡)三个规律性的缺口。蔬菜供应,淡旺矛盾很突出。以“春缺”时间最长,从1月至3月底,长达80—90天;“伏缺”次之,从7月下旬至9月中旬,约50天;“小春缺”时间最短,从4月下旬至5月下旬,约30—40天。淡季上市量明显减少,一般只能完成50—60%;旺季上市量成倍增加。为了切实解决三个缺口的蔬菜供应,我们从1970年起开始调查缺菜的主要原因,摸索淡季形成的规律,并从栽培技术上找措施,目前在正常
