作者采取加铅衣屏蔽放疗组与无铅衣屏蔽放疗组对126例肿瘤患者进行前瞻性随机分组研究,结果提示:白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板两组正常率分别为:92.4%和51.7%、91%和65%、98.5%和70%,均P<0.01;两组胃肠道反应,一级分别为75.8%和41.7%(P<0.01),二级分别为19.2%和38.3%(P<0.05),三级分别为6%和20%(P<0.05)。研究提示:照射过程中铅衣屏蔽病人全身仅暴露治疗部位可以消除散射线对骨髓和消化系统的影响
The authors conducted a prospective randomized study on 126 cancer patients with lead-shielding shielded radiotherapy group and lead-free clothing shielded radiotherapy group. The results showed that the normal rates of white blood cells, hemoglobin and platelets were 92.4% and 51.7 %, 91% and 65%, 98.5% and 70% respectively, all P <0.01. The gastrointestinal reactions of the two groups were 75.8% and 41.7% respectively (P <0.01) , 19.2% and 38.3% in the second grade (P <0.05), and 6% and 20% in the third grade respectively (P <0.05). The study suggests that exposure of the body to the exposed parts of the body during exposure to radiation alone will eliminate the effects of scattered radiation on the bone marrow and digestive system
