1 问题的提出在高校冰上教学中,怎样使初学者在短时间内学会滑冰,最重要一环要看每个同学踝关节支撑能力如何。我们都知道,如果一个人踝关节支撑能力强,很快就会学会滑冰;反之这个人踝关节支撑能力差(多半是女同学),同学都毕业了,他(她)的刀还立不起来。本文论述针对在短时间内提高踝关节支撑能力进行实验的做法。①砖头练习法。②穿带刀套练习。这种练习与传统陆地练习不同之处在于方便,穿带刀套练习针对性强,见效快,基本克服了陆地与冰上相脱离的缺陷,有助于加快技术的形成,学习效果好。
