本文总结了珠光体和珠光体—铁素体球铁齿轮的齿面接触疲劳极限应力的测定结果。根据齿轮寿命试验的结果数据,采用ISO齿轮承载能力计算方法,求得可靠度为0.99的接触疲劳曲线方程,和循环基数N_0=5×10~7时的接触疲劳极限应力σ_(Hlim): 当HB=253时,σ_(Hlim)=673牛/毫米~2; 当HB=226时,σ_(Hlim)=633牛/毫米~2。上述数值均高于国外同硬度的球铁齿轮或相当碳钢齿轮的数值。试验中,还测定了齿面的磨损曲线,进行了齿轮润滑状态的计算。同时采用齿面复膜和扫瞄电镜分析技术,揭示了珠光体球铁齿轮齿面破坏的两种不同方式。
This paper summarizes the results of measuring the contact fatigue limit stress of pearlite and pearlite-ferrite ductile gears. According to the data of gear life test, the contact fatigue curve equation with reliability of 0.99 and the contact fatigue ultimate stress σ_ (Hlim) with cyclic base number N_0 = 5 × 10 ~ 7 are obtained by using the calculation method of the load carrying capacity of ISO gear. Σ Hlim = 673 N / mm 2 for HB = 253; and σ Hlim = 633 N / mm 2 for HB = 226. The above values are higher than the foreign hardness of the ductile iron gear or the equivalent carbon steel gear. In the test, the wear curve of the tooth surface was also measured and the gear lubrication state was calculated. At the same time using tooth surface lamination and scanning electron microscopy analysis technology revealed two different ways of pearlite nodular gear tooth surface destruction.
