目的 研究了碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)对人晶状体上皮细胞 (HLECs)的促增殖作用。方法 胎儿晶状体上皮细胞原代与传代培养。第 2代培养细胞中添加bFGF ,浓度 10 - 3~ 10 3ng/ml ,用甲基噻唑基四唑 (MTT)测定法观察bFGF对HLECs的影响。结果 HLECs具有不易贴附、融合较慢及不易生长等特点。bFGF促进HLECs的增殖 ,浓度为 1~ 10 2 ng/ml,具有统计学差异 ,10 2 ng/ml有明显的促增殖作用 ;呈浓度依赖性。结论 bFGF在后囊混浊发生上起了重要作用
Objective To investigate the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on the proliferation of human lens epithelial cells (HLECs). Methods Fetal lens epithelial cells primary and subculture. The second generation of cultured cells were treated with bFGF at a concentration of 10 - 3 ~ 10 3 ng / ml, and the effect of bFGF on HLECs was observed by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) assay. Results HLECs were not easy to attach, slow and difficult to grow and so on. The proliferation of HLECs was promoted by bFGF at a concentration of 1 ~ 10 2 ng / ml, with statistical significance. The proliferation of HLECs was significantly inhibited by bFGF in a concentration-dependent manner. Conclusion bFGF plays an important role in the occurrence of posterior capsule opacity
