利用多元线性解析理论可达到分辨重叠光谱的目的.研究了用二元线性解析-紫外吸光光度法同时测定NO_3~-和NO_2~-,以导数光度法能消除低频背景和高频噪音干扰及线性解析法分辨能力强的优点.在pH 5~8条件测量192~238nm的光吸收值,用线性解析-导数技术处理,同时测定合成试样中0~3.6mg·L~(-1)的NO_3~-和NO_2~-,7次测定的相对标准偏差≤5%,加标回收率在90.9%~111.1%之间.讨论了干扰离子的影响及消除.方法用于自来水及工业食盐中NO_3~-和NO_2~-的同时测定.
The purpose of resolving overlapping spectra can be achieved by using the theory of multivariate linear analysis.The simultaneous determination of NO_3 ~ - and NO_2 ~ - by binary linear analysis - UV spectrophotometry has been studied.The derivative spectrophotometry can eliminate the low frequency background and high frequency noise and linear The analytic method has the advantages of high resolving power.At the same time, the light absorbance at 192 ~ 238 nm was measured at pH 5 ~ 8 and the concentration of NO_3 (0 ~ 3.6 mg · L ~ ~ - and NO_2 ~ -, the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were less than 5% and the spiked recoveries were between 90.9% and 111.1%.
