现今的教育界越来越重视非智力因素对学习者学习的影响,学习动机作为非智力因素中的核心因素,日益引起人们的关注。学习动机对学习者的学习有重要的推动作用,其激励和保持有利于学习者学习效果的提高。鉴于此,以成人学习者为研究对象,通过分析得出结论:成人学习者的学习动机是由内在因素和外在因素共同影响而产生的,在此基础上提出通过增强学习自信心等五个措施和三种有效的学习策略来激励和保持学习动机。
Nowadays, the education circles pay more and more attention to the influence of non-intellectual factors on learners’learning. Learning motivation, as the core factor of non-intellectual factors, attracts more and more people’s attention. Learning motivation plays an important role in promoting learners’ learning, and its motivation and keeping are conducive to the improvement of learner learning. In view of this, the adult learners as the research object, through the analysis concluded that: the adult learners’ motivation to learn is a combination of internal and external factors, and on the basis of which five Measures and three effective learning strategies to motivate and maintain learning motivation.
