目的:观察醒胰降糖灵对实验性糖尿病大鼠血清一氧化氮(NO)、血浆血管内皮素(ET-1)的影响。方法:首先用一次性大剂量腹腔注射链脲佐菌素,并连续皮下注射甲状腺素造成实验性糖尿病模型,观察对比各药物治疗组与模型组的NO,ET-1变化。结果:醒胰降糖灵和六味地黄汤治疗组不仅能降低大鼠血糖,而且能明显改善NO,ET-1的变化,其中醒胰降糖灵疗效明显优于六味地黄汤阳性药物对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:醒胰降糖灵在纠正NO与ET-1失衡过程中起重要作用,能改善血管的通利,使血流流畅,减少糖尿病并发症的发生。
Objective: To observe the effect of Xingyin Jiangsangling on serum nitric oxide (NO) and plasma endothelin (ET-1) in experimental diabetic rats. Methods: First, a large dose of intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin, and continuous subcutaneous injection of thyroxine caused by experimental diabetic model was observed and compared each drug treatment group and model group NO, ET-1 changes. Results: The treatment groups of Xingyin Jiangsitang and Liuweidihuang decoction can not only reduce the blood glucose, but also significantly improve the changes of NO and ET-1, and the therapeutic effect of Xingjian Jiangtangling is better than that of Liuweidihuangtang positive control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: SSJJ plays an important role in correcting the imbalance between NO and ET-1, improves the blood circulation and reduces the complications of diabetes.
