就黄色蠕形霉对棉花上几种病原菌的拮抗作用作了初步研究,分析了葡萄糖对黄色蠕形霉抗生物质产量及活性的影响。结果表明:黄色蠕形霉对棉花大丽轮枝菌、刺盘孢菌的菌丝生长及分生孢子萌发和对棉立枯丝核菌、棉枯萎尖孢镰刀菌的菌丝生长均有明显的抑制作用,但对棉枯萎尖孢镰刀菌分生孢子萌发没有抑制作用。该菌抗生物质在葡萄糖浓度为8%时产量最高,在葡萄糖浓度0.5%~4%范围内抗菌活性最高。
The preliminary study on the antagonism of yellow mold on several pathogens in cotton showed that the effect of glucose on the antibacterial production and the activity of yellow mold was analyzed. The results showed that mycelial growth and conidiospore germination of Verticillium dahliae and Cercospora spp. Were significantly inhibited by yellow mold as well as mycelial growth of cotton Rhizoctonia solani and Fusarium oxysporum , But had no inhibitory effect on the spore germination of Fusarium oxysporum. The antibacterial activity of this strain was highest at glucose concentration of 8% and highest at 0.5% ~ 4% of glucose concentration.
