炭疽病(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides peng)是温州蜜柑果实貯藏中后期的主要病害,影响貯藏效果。此病致腐率高的原因是多方面的,如潜伏病菌源,树体抗力的下降,果园的环境条件以及貯藏室的温湿度、通气条件等。根据这些情况,在研究柑桔鲜果貯藏的同时,探讨如何防止貯藏期温州蜜柑炭疽病的发生,降低由此引起的果实腐烂率,是急待解决的问題。本文就四年来的研究结果整理于后,以供参考。
Anthracnose (Colletotrichum gloeosporioides peng) is the main disease of the post-harvest storage of Wenzhou mandarin fruit and affects the storage effect. The reasons for the high rate of corrosion of the disease are many, such as latent germs, tree resistance decreased, orchard environmental conditions and storage room temperature and humidity, ventilation and so on. According to these situations, it is an urgent issue to study how to prevent the occurrence of anthracnose in mandarin during storage and to reduce the rate of fruit decay caused by the storage of fresh fruits in citrus. This article on the results of four years after finishing, for reference.
